Pitchers from the past

Finding empty shelves is always a good and bad problem. The bad problem is you have no pots to sell.  The good problem is that you must make more!  Lately instead of pushing forward, I seem to be regressing and making pots that I haven't made in years. Call it a second childhood, if you will. These jugs fit  into the comfortable old friend , good to see you, how have you been category.  A couple dozen got made, I really would like to keep making more of them, but other old friends are calling.
Cheers,
Make good pots,

Hey, MERRY CHRISTMAS AND HAVE A GREAT NEW YEAR . Hope you reconnect with more old friends, they don't seem like a bad influence.

Happy holidays, I seem to be regressing and making pots not as good as the past ones. Must be a growth spurt or something, (I hope).

It's great that you have such fondness for forms you used to make. While visiting relatives over the holidays I kept running into some of my old forms. My eyes narrow, and I suddenly have this critical feeling that overcomes me and it feels like a never ending love/hate relationship! The pitchers look great, as did the mugs you previously posted. Do you have photos of what these past pots looked like as finished products?

Hey Brenda: Love/Hate relationship indeed. Thanks for the good words on the pitchers and mugs, I'm firing some of them on Sun/Mon. It would be an interesting post to put a new one and an old one side by side.
Cheers
